A selection of festive events to enjoy the winter season in Geneva
From the Christmas market by the lake to the Geneva Lux Festival, Geneva city lights up and invites you to enjoy the pleasures of the end-of-year celebrations and the winter season.
- December 17 and 18: the traditional “Coupe de Noël” along the Jardin Anglais > an event for the frosty swimmers, humor or competition version.
- Until December 24: Christmas market, in the Jardin Anglais > gifts, fondue chalet, pub, program for children.
- December 31: New Year’s Eve party on the Mont Blanc quay > 3 stages, a karaoke and fireworks to celebrate the New Year.
- December 27, January 14 and February 11: Disco on ice at the Vernets skating rink > from 7pm to 11:30pm, skate rental on site.
- From January 27 to February 5, 2023 : Geneva lux festival > light artistic works installed throughout the city.
